OnePlus Nord N100 will ‘surely’ get a 90Hz screen

OnePlus has taken a turn with the specifications for the OnePlus Nord N100. The device would initially appear on the market with a 60Hz screen, but now ‘suddenly’ has a 90Hz display.

OnePlus Nord N100 with 90Hz screen

Remarkable news from the corner of OnePlus. The smartphone manufacturer recently came up with two new models from the Nord series. One of these is the N10 that we recently discussed in detail in the OnePlus Nord N10 review. The second is the OnePlus Nord N100. The N100 should enter the affordable segment with a price of 199 euros. It is not for nothing that we have also included the device in the overview with best smartphone up to 200 euros.

However, something remarkable has happened at the Chinese manufacturer. According to the manufacturer, the device has a 60Hz screen. This caused a lot of confusion as the manufacturer previously confirmed that it would release new smartphones with 90Hz refresh rate. What appears now; Nord N100 is also supplied with a 90Hz screen. Could OnePlus have ‘forgotten’ to report this in the announcement?

Despite the news that this is only now being confirmed, we are not completely surprised. Further research shows that the OnePlus Nord N100 is a copy of the Oppo A53. Oppo and OnePlus belong to the same company. Incidentally, the Oppo is equipped with NFC, while the OnePlus should miss this feature.
