‘OnePlus 9 Pro gets IP certification, more news about 9E’
More and more news is coming out about the new series of OnePlus. The manufacturer will launch the 9 series next year. There is now news about the 9 Pro and the 9E.
IP certification for OnePlus 9 Pro
We have just tested the OnePlus 8T well and the messages about the 9 series have been around for a while. The smartphone should be released in the spring and this series would consist of three models. This is different from previous models, where the new series consisted only of a regular and a Pro model. In addition to the regular model, the OnePlus 9 would also be the 9 Pro and 9E.

Max Jambor has information to report about the new smartphone. Despite the fact that the manufacturer has previously called not to see an IP certification (because this only costs money), it seems to want to pay for such a certificate with the 9 Pro. Just like the OnePlus 8 Pro, the OnePlus 9 Pro would receive an IP68 certification. This means that the device is dust and waterproof (to a certain extent). As far as is known, the two other models do not receive this certification.
Max reports the existence of the OnePlus 9E again. The first reports about this came out at the beginning of this month. The model would be placed between the Nord and the regular 9. If more is known, we will of course keep you informed.
