On the beach
Restaurant Dunes is located on the beach. Again a nice playground.
In Cape Town
Nice cafes: Paradiso, Deer Park, Tea in the Park, Company’s Garden. All places with playgrounds.
The Gardens of Babylon
Turtles, lots of other animals and grabbing an ice cream.
They hold wine tastings at Franschoek, Stellenbosch and Paarl. For the children there are juices and playgrounds.
Hop on a boat at Hermanus or Knysna and go whale watching. We did the Ocean Odyssey in Knysna.
You can do that at the Two Oceans Aquarium.
Take a tour of the Cape of Good Hope, stopping at the penguins of Boulders Beach along the way.
Tip: arrange your own game drive with a ranger, so that you can determine the time and route yourself.

On the farm
The African Family Farm has spacious houses, many toys, a swimming pool and braai area. The owners are super sweet.
In the vineyard
Wine-estate Boschendal is the perfect place to sleep, hike and cycle. Many restaurants.
In the Bush
Botlierskop Game Reserve is located in the middle of a nature park. View of a lake, hippos and rhinos.
In a house
Franschoek has a nice swimming pool, cozy houses and is close to a nice village.
