Nokia 6.1, 7.1, 7 Plus and 2.2 receive a security update from November

HMD Global has started rolling out a new update for four Nokia smartphones. The new November patch is available for the 6.1, 7.1, 7 Plus and the Nokia 2.2.

Four Nokia’s will receive a November update

Users of four Nokia models can now download a new security update for their device. Han and Wim let us know that they have received the update on their Nokia 6.1. For this device, the update has a size of 42.05MB. Wim has received the update on his Nokia 7.1, the size of which is 20.24MB.

The November security update will be rolled out to the following four devices;

• Nokia 6.1
• Nokia 7.1
• Nokia 2.2
• Nokia 7 Plus

The November patch addresses a few dozen security vulnerabilities in Android. Incidentally, it may be that the update rolls in a little later on your device. The update has not yet arrived in the Netherlands for all devices.
