New outage at SFR and Bouygues Telecom for the mobile network
Decidedly, the networks of Bouygues Telecom and SFR are struggling this week with a new outage. It comes 24 hours after the previous one and mainly affects the operator with the red logo according to the reports.
DownDetector shows that there is an ongoing outage at SFR and Bouygues Telecom in several cities, and the operators’ customers do not hesitate to raise the problem on social networks.

As was the case yesterday, there is nothing to do at the moment, except to wait and wait for the return to normal.
Concerning yesterday’s failure, SFR indicated that a hardware failure concerning a radio site had caused disturbances throughout France, “but the incident is now closed” assures the operator. Is it the same problem today? Or something else ? The operator does not say so at the moment.
