New Android processor causes a sensation
A new cell phone processor has probably left the Apple A16 Bionic of the iPhone 14 Pro (Max) behind. The MediaTek Dimensity 9200 was able to put itself ahead of the competition from Apple in at least one area, as benchmark results should show.
MediaTek processor beats Apple A16 Bionic

It is not known in which smartphone the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 was used in the GFXBench test. The processor should provided 228 frames per second in a benchmarkin another for 328 (source: Ice universe on Twitter). For comparison: The iPhone 14 Pro with Apple A16 Bionic achieves 190 or 290 frames per second.
Gamers in particular should keep an eye on the processor when choosing their next Android smartphone. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 also performed worse in the GFXBench test. What is also certain is that it has been so far only results for the graphics unit. How the processor behaves in everyday life under real conditions is still an unanswered question.

Presentation of the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 is imminent
The Taiwanese manufacturer will present its Dimensity 9200 officially present on November 8th. The clock frequencies are already known in advance: The most powerful Cortex-X3 processor core comes to 3.05 GHz and the performance cores to 2.85 GHz. A maximum of 2.0 GHz can be expected for the efficiency cores.
In direct competition with the Dimensity 9200, Qualcomm provides the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 on November 15th. Performance is said to have increased by 28 percent, while power consumption is up to 16 percent lower.
