Major innovations for the new iPad Pro

The next-generation iPad Pro will not only get the usual upgrades, but actually some innovations await.

When a new generation of a tablet or smartphone appears, you will at least know this. The processor is new and the camera usually gets an upgrade as well. For further innovations, we often have to wait and see what the manufacturer has come up with. And whether those innovations really come to fruition. Sometimes a brand opts for a small upgrade, even years. Think of Apple, which has not made any groundbreaking choices with the iPhone for years.

Speaking of Apple. The new generation iPad Pro is waiting for a number of innovations. At least, that’s what sources tell 9to5Mac. For example, you can expect MagSafe wireless charging for the iPad Pro. But in a different form than is now the case with the iPhone. A larger glass surface and a faster charging option are mentioned. In addition, the magnet would be more powerful to keep the large tablet in place.

Further innovations for the next generation iPad are the usual stuff. An improved camera, but also a completely new chip. This is going to be Apple’s expected M2, with enhanced computing and graphics power. There is no concrete picture yet when the new iPad Pro will appear, but they are aiming for a presentation in the spring.
