Leaked: Everything about the OnePlus Nord 2, including release date

The appearance and all specs of the upcoming OnePlus Nord 2 may have been leaked. Very little seems to change compared to the first Nord.

Well-known insider OnLeaks and 91Mobiles share pretty much everything we can expect from the OnePlus Nord 2. Below that are renders and more or less all the specifications. According to the goodies, the device will be released early next month (July 9) or will at least be announced. Officially, OnePlus has not yet confirmed the upcoming midrange topper.

OnePlus Nord 2 leaked

According to the sources, the OnePlus Nord 2 actually has an almost identical design compared to the original smartphone. According to OnLeaks, the device will once again have a triple camera setup. The cameras are placed on a vertical camera island. At the front, OnePlus once again processes the selfie camera in a punch-hole.

The specifications of the OnePlus Nord 2 would also have been leaked earlier this month (thanks to the same medium). This shows that we can expect a slightly smaller 6.43-inch OLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. The Nord 2 would also (at least in India, where the medium is active) omit Snapdragon. Instead, OnePlus is reportedly equipping the smartphone with a MediaTek
Dimension 1200 out.

Furthermore, there would be two configurations for both the RAM and the storage space. You could get an OP Nord 2 with 8 or 12GB of RAM, and with 128 or 256GB of storage. Finally, the Chinese equip the device with a 50MP main camera and a 4500mAh battery.
