Kojima should be close to working with Microsoft -apkrig

Earlier this week, there was speculation that designer Hideo Kojima was working with Microsoft to develop his next game. The information was brought by the insider SoulsHunt, who had previously revealed Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin, and suggested that the game could be an episodic horror with the support of the cloud, which probably originated for the Stadium from Google. Earlier, however, journalist Jeff Grubb of VentureBeat magazine pointed out that Hideo Kojima had already signed an agreement and cooperation with Microsoft, and therefore the Xbox console, so nothing seems to stand in the way.

It is also said again that designer Kim Swift, who previously worked on the Portal or Left 4 Dead and her last employer was Google, was accepted into the Xbox team.

The agreement between the two entities should, of course, include a definition of what the project will be and a set of conditions agreed by both parties. According to Jeff Grubb and his close sources, Microsoft and Kojima Productions lawyers will now go into detail about the situation, but it is usually a matter of formality. After all, the journalist claims that the cooperation has basically started with this step, and Microsoft is to start preparing everything needed for Kojim and his team to develop a game not yet presented. It is also said again that designer Kim Swift, who previously worked on the Portal or Left 4 Dead and her last employer was Google, was accepted into the Xbox team. It is no coincidence that she took care of cloud games there, and it is very likely that she was in contact with Kojima earlier through the above-mentioned project that was to be created for the Stadium.

What exactly is at stake, but Grubb does not know and states that only a very small number of people are familiar with the concept. However, the merger with Microsoft is intended to open up new possibilities for the Japanese studio in terms of creativity and technology, and the cooperation agreement was allegedly not made on the basis of any specific proposal. At the same time, Kojima Productions should remain an independent entity, and cooperation should not interfere with the platforms for which Hideo Kojima will prepare its games. After all, the collaboration with Sony is also continuing, either through Death Stranding and the recently announced Director’s Cut or following speculation that Kojima Productions could be behind some other projects. Silent Hill was often talked about in this field, but the famous horror series was mentioned in addition to the messages around Abandoned the day before yesterday, when Konami and the developers from the Bloober Team concluded a collaboration. We therefore have reason to believe that the authors of Layers of Fear and other titles will eventually bring the continuation of the famous horror, which would be surprising, but in many respects a relatively logical outcome of the whole difficult situation.
