‘I am your mother’ x2: Meghan Trainor gave birth to second child
Singer Meghan Trainor (29) and actor Daryl Sabara have become parents again. Their second son was born on July 1 and is called Barry Bruce Trainor.
The American singer writes this on Instagram, with a few cute shots. “On July 1st (our 7th anniversary of our first date), we welcomed Barry Bruce Trainor into the world,” the brand new mom of two writes.
The second cesarean section
The small, large man of almost 4 kilos was born by caesarean section. He was in a transverse position. The baby is then lying across your stomach instead of lengthwise. Fortunately, Meghan can look back on a very pleasant delivery. “We had a great, successful C-section and I finally got my skin-to-skin time.” She also thanked the doctors and nurses at the hospital in the message.
Traumatic period
The couple’s first son, Riley, was also born by Caesarean section. The singer experienced the birth and especially the period after the birth of her first son as traumatic. In the weeks following Riley’s birth, Meghan sees a therapist who helps her process this traumatic event.

“Only then did I realize how traumatic this period has been. And how I suffered from PTSD when I went to bed at night. Then I felt like I was back on the operating table and had a C-section.” She was therefore afraid to give birth again. Fortunately, the singer can look back on a very nice experience this time.
The couple has been married since December 2018. In an earlier interview with People said the singer that she would like to have four children. “I’m halfway.”
