HTC, are you alive? The new Wildfire E2 Plus is out
HTC, which most of us (in the mobile phone industry) consider dead, introduced a slightly unexpected new HTC Wildfire E2 Plus phone, which will be designed for the Russian market. This is a phone with lousy parameters, which cannot be defended even by a relatively low price.
HTC Wildfire E2 Plus is a cheap mobile phone that still doesn’t make sense
On the front we find 6.82 ″ IPS LCD panel with HD + resolution and 60Hz refresh ratewhich will not surprise anyone. It is disturbed by a teardrop-shaped cut-out with an 8Mpx selfie camera and everything ends with a giant chin, which we would not want to see even on such cheap devices. On the back we find a total of four cameras, led by the main 13Mpx sensor. There is also a 5Mpx ultra wide and two 2Mpx cameras.
The chipset is ticking inside Unisoc Tiger 610 in combination with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage, while the endurance is taken care of by a 4,600 mAh battery without the support of fast charging. It is worth mentioning the fingerprint reader on the back and also the microSD card slot. The system will then be Android 11. And the price? In Russia we pay for the phone in terms of about 4,000 crowns. For a similar amount, you can get phones from proven brands with a faster and smoother display, better performance and cameras. We do not know what this cry into the darkness should mean. In fact, we have no idea what HTC promises from similar phones.
How do you look at the HTC brand?
