Workarounds to fix the problem that the Samsung Galaxy S5 won’t charge or charges slowly

Method 1

  • Tap Backup & reset

  • Now tap on Factory data reset
  • Tap Reset Device
  • If you have set a PIN code, you will be asked to enter it
  • Tap on Next
  • Tap Erase Everything.
