Gran Turismo 7 offers almost a hundred tracks and over 420 Vortex cars
The development of the racing game Gran Turismo 7 from the Polyphony Digital studio is irresistibly approaching the goal. The title for PS4 and PS5 will be released on March 4th, but we may still know fewer things than we would like. In recent weeks, a series of developer diaries have provided us with more valuable information, but this time we have learned a bit more thanks to the seemingly ordinary advertising leaflet that was distributed in Japan in one of the retail chains.
It promises over 420 cars of the highest quality and over 90 tracks with realistic weather. It seems that we can expect dynamic changes in the sky on all circuits. We will certainly see the newly confirmed Ferrari F8 Tributo and Ferrari F12 cars. Trial Mountain, High Speed Ring, Deep Forest and probably Apricot Hill will appear among the tracks. As for the photo mode, we will be able to place our dream car in one of 2,500 places in 40 countries around the world.
From more general information, it is worth remembering that the game is to return to the older parts before GT Sport, even if it borrows some elements from it. The authors are tempted to upload fast thanks to SSD, 3D audio or support for the DualSense driver, which is supposed to take advantage of adaptive triggers and haptic feedback. Although Kazunori Yamauči has repeatedly emphasized the need for a high framerat before high definition, so far the PS5 version seems to offer 4K and 60 fps. However, it is possible that the developers are just hiding some faster mode with lower resolution and less detail, for example. In this case, some customers would certainly appreciate the choice.
Kazunori Yamauči focused on the possibilities of new technologies in the last diary from last week, which we pointed out to you in the news summary.
