GPU: Nvidia will present its GeForce RTX 3080 Ti on May 31 (teaser)
The countdown begins. Nvidia just teaser a livestream (broadcast on Youtube and Twitch) scheduled for May 31st. The GPU manufacturer has also planned an intervention for the first day of Computex (June 1). In all likelihood (and recent rumors) Nvidia is about to unveil its GeForce RTX 3080 Ti GPU in detail. The boosted model of the RTX 3080 should perform between the 3080 and the 3090 (which makes sense).

The GPU would have 12 GB of GDDR6X memory (2 more than the RTX 3080) and a 384-bit bus (therefore equivalent to that of the RTX 3090). On the other hand, this card would natively restrict the mining of the Ethereum cryptocurrency. This is all very appetizing, but that’s not counting the huge shortage of high-end graphics cards, which has led to a rather indecent price spike. Will the RTX 3080 Ti pass between drops? We wouldn’t bet an Ethereum on it …
