Google Photos gets a new video editor. Features from Pixel now for everyone

Until now, Google Photos had relatively weak video capabilities. But Google Photos now gets a brand new video editor with many rich video editing options. In the old Google Photos video editor, videos could be cut, stabilized and rotated.
