Google Keep gets background images after new update

A new update is being rolled out for the Google Keep app. Google’s own notes app is being expanded with a nice new feature, where you can set a background for your notes

Background for your notes

The latest version of Google Keep makes it possible to use wallpapers. The background images can now be found in the app and can be used to brighten up your notes that you make in Google Keep. Earlier it was already possible to choose a different color. That is still possible with this version.

The number of background images you can choose from is nine. It is – unfortunately – not possible to upload a photo from your gallery yourself. You have to make do with the illustrations that the Google team has created. This is, for example, a fork with spaghetti, a broccoli, a row of trees or a pencil. When you open the note on the computer, you will notice that the chosen background in the Google Keep app is not shown there. Maybe that will be added by Google.

The update for the Google Keep app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store via the button below.
