Google is finally rejuvenating the Translator. This is what it should look like again
Google Translate is undoubtedly one of the best things that the American technology giant has to offer people. Both on the web and in the mobile application. In recent years, it has filled it with very interesting new functions and tuned the existing ones almost to perfection. However, what lagged behind the mobile version for quite some time was the appearance. But even that will eventually happen, quite possibly in a few weeks. In the beta version of this application the redesign even appears in conjunction with Pixel 6.
It is clear from the attached images, which were taken using the internally built-in changes noticeable cleaning and rejuvenation of the main card. Thanks to the new layout of elements, the Google Translate should be easier to use with one hand, among other things. The redesign seems to also say goodbye to the top “hamburger” menu. Its content can probably be found under the lower More button.
In the application code in version 6.21 there is now the term “app_name_p21”, which should most likely refer to a Pixel phone from 2021. This will be model 6. The next part of the code from the Translator mentions the new Material Design, which is again a novelty in the Android 12 system.
What do you say to the current look of the Translator?
