The Czech operator Vodafone planned a regular update of customer care systems on July 23-25, 2021. For its safe course, they will be temporary from 20:00 on Friday at the latest until Sunday evening Voice and SMS self-service functions limited. One of the options for personal processing of basic requirements will not be available and interested parties must contact the operator and its systems differently. The outage does not apply to the My Vodafone mobile application, and most of the time the online self-service will be fully available.
On the weekend 23. to 25.7. we will debug systems, self-service My Vodafone will be available most of the time, but we recommend leaving the changes for later.

The update will not affect the normal operation of the network (calls, messages or internet connection). If you need to activate or change services, Vodafone recommends that this be done by Friday at 6 pm, not all changes may be available during the weekend. If it is necessary to block a lost or stolen SIM card, customers can contact the Customer Care Line. Recharging the credit will be possible at all times via ATMs or online terminals (Sazky, post offices, etc.).
