You will stumble across this quest if you are allowed to leave Ritou in the Inazuma area for the first time. Near the village of Konda NPC Kazari stands in front of a fox statue and asks you to investigate the strange happenings in the village of Konda.

In the following video we will guide you through the entire world mission including the solution of the well riddle at the end:

Interview residents in the village of Konda

After the first conversation with Kazari you should hit the fox statue with an electric attack. Use characters like Fischl, Lisa, Keqing or Beidou to do this. Then pick up the Omamori and go to Konda Village. Just follow the path further south.

When you arrive in the village, you should ask the villagers. You have to speak to the following people:

  • Futaba: The little girl who stands in front of the brook.
  • Konda Densuke: Run next to Futaba over the stone bridge and talk to the village elder who is standing in front of his house.
  • Takeru: Climb to the roof of the fisherman’s house at the end of the village on the left. Here you can find Takeru.
  • Saimon Eri: At the end you have to find this old lady who is standing opposite the teleportation point next to the tomato bushes. A notice: If it isn’t there, let the time in the game go by until the day.
Takeru can be found somewhat hidden on the roof of the fisherman's house.

Look for clues and show them to the village elder

After questioning the villagers, you will see three markings in the village where you should look for clues. These are the well in the village, the broken wooden cart and the junk in the river. Collect the objects hidden there and then go to the village elder, to whom you have to show the objects in the following order:

  1. Purse at the dried up well
  2. Cargo bag fished out of the water
  3. List of damaged goods

Find notebook and old key

Now you should be for the village chief Find notebook. The destination on the roof will be marked for you, so you shouldn’t have any problems here. Then go to the next target marker and turn off all fine ones here.

Then dig at the guarded place and you will get the old keywith which you can gain access to the fountain. This will also be marked on the map.

Solve fountain puzzles and complete quest

Climb into the well, where you can first loot a chest. Then smash the scree on the right and follow the path. In the next area there is a lightning barrier on the lower level. First summon an Electrogranum on the upper level and then run quickly through the barrier below.

You are now in a large area with a tori gate. Go to the small shrine in front of it and press the corresponding button for “cleaning”. You must now offer the Omamori from the beginning of the quest. This activates the fountain puzzle, which you will encounter several times later in the game.

The principle here is relatively simple. Just look at the pattern similar to a constellation that shows the Tori gate and activate the remaining shrines around the gate in the corresponding order from 1-5.

Set the surrounding shrines to these numbers to solve the fountain puzzle.

Then pray at the first shrine and activate the rays of light. If you’ve done everything right, the will now appear Miniboss “Ochimusha”that you must defeat. After the fight, Kazari appears and you can complete the quest.

Incidentally, the will start immediately after completion Follow-up quest “Offering”. You should also complete this directly, as you will then use the Souvenir lens which is important for many puzzles in Inazuma.
