The Flight Simulator game is coming to Xbox Series X|S on July 27. This is already a cool game, but the experience of flying becomes even more real with this new controller from Turtle Beach. The accessory is called VelocityOne Flight and at first glance it looks very cool.
Flying on your Xbox
The device is designed as a complete flight control system to make the experience as complete as possible. The company has worked with pilots and aerospace engineers to create the most immersive and authentic flight controller possible on this. The controller comes with a 180-degree yoke, integrated helm controls, 10 programmable buttons and a full-color display built into the unit.
The price tag of the VelocityOne Flight for Xbox makes it even more expensive than the Logitech G X52 Professional, which is considered one of the best controllers you can buy for games like Flight Simulator. In America, the controller costs $349. That will be a bit more expensive with us, but you do get a cool device at home.
Other Xbox controller
Turtle Beach is known for making affordable headsets. A year ago, the company announced that it would also make products for the controller market. So now they are launching two brand new devices. The second of these is the Xbox Recon controller. This controller has ergonomic handles for long gaming sessions and two shortcut keys on the back. One of them activates a feature called Pro-Aim that adjusts the sensitivity of the thumbsticks for long-range accuracy.
The main feature of the Recon controller is the built-in audio controls. It comes with volume controls for chat and games, so you can adjust your multiplayer audio mix without having to completely change the settings. The two controllers will be released this summer.
