Fitbit comes with new sleep profiles: what is your sleeping behavior?
Do you want even better insight into your sleeping behaviour? With the new update of Fitbit you can use the new sleep analysis.
Sleep profile from Fitbit
If you’re a Fitbit Premium user, you’ll get access to the new Sleep Profiles option announced by Google. Measuring your sleep with Fitbit wearables has long been an option. You get a score based on your sleeping behavior, and with Smart Wake you can also be woken up at the right time in your sleep.
So now there are the Sleep Profiles. This looks at your long-term sleeping behavior. This pattern can be compared with the sleeping behavior of six animals, so that you can see which animal you most resemble in terms of sleeping pattern. Based on ten statistics, the measurements are compared with comparable people and you can see which improvements are possible for your sleep.
To get the sleep profiles, you need to wear the Fitbit for at least 14 nights a month. You must have a Fitbit Sense, Versa 2, Versa 2, Charge 5, Luxe or Inspire 2 and have Fitbit Premium.
