Finding Animal Hearts (AC Valhalla: The Siege of Paris)

In the DLC “The Siege of Paris” there are some new tricky sacrificial altars to deal with. In addition to European pond turtles for the Sarclitas altar and seal fins for the “Marescus Warnerii” altar, the “The Old Tree” altar in Paris requires you to 100 silver and two animal hearts.

While silver shouldn’t be a problem, it looks different with animal hearts. The latter are possible prey for the animals in the game world. For example, you can hunt chickens near the altar to get them. However, the chance of a drop is relatively low here.

Instead, the best source of supply for animal hearts is larger farm animals such as sheep or cows, of which there are plenty outside the city walls of Paris. To the northeast of the altar, for example, you will find more than enough sheep and cows in stables.

We have marked the place for you on the following map section:

Outside the walls of Paris there are plenty of stables with cows and sheep, where you can quickly farm the hearts of animals (AC Valhalla).

The cows and sheep are far more likely to drop their hearts than other animals. You can easily kill them in the stables and get the two animal hearts you need together quickly.

In the following video we show you the best place for animal hearts again:

Once you have collected the animal hearts you need, you can return to the “The Old Tree” altar and complete the offering. As a reward, you will receive an additional skill point.
