F1 2021 returns Senna, Schumacher, Prost and Button -apkrig to the game

The F1 racing series from Codemasters developers will allow players to form their own team and jump into a series of races alongside all current pilots and stables in the second year in a row. We evaluated the My Team mode positively last year and we are looking forward to its continuation together with other players, especially when, in addition to the extended editing possibilities of the monopost form, it will also bring famous history pilots from which you will be able to form your racing duo. Codemasters Studio boasts seven riders and does not specify anywhere whether it is a complete selection or some more will appear. Be that as it may, Hamilton’s performances and Mazepin’s unexpected maneuvers will be faced by some of the most experienced in the player’s stable.

These include Michael Schumacher, Ayrton Senna, Alain Prost, Jenson Button, Nico Rosberg, David Coulthard and Felipe Massa. The key according to which they were chosen as the starting pilots of the My Team mode is not known, as is the fact why other star riders are not represented. We could name Häkkinen, Laud, Mansell, Stewart, Fangia át Well, there are a lot of similar names and we have to wait for the Codies to treat them, but the already confirmed line-up seems tempting. It is also interesting to watch the evaluation of individual pilots in the available categories and the overall score, which is led by Schumacher with a rating of 94 and the series is closed by Massa with 86 points. It is also important to mention that all the named riders will be available only in the deluxe edition of the game and it is not known if and for how much it will be possible to get them into the basic version.

The full-fledged historical mode of the series is still lacking and it is a question of whether fans will ever see it.

However, the announcement does not only bring praise and increased expectations – the combination of pilots from different stages of formula history only underlines how unsystematically Codies is to process historical monoposts and reminds that players have never seen one complete season in history, albeit with restrictions on missing licenses for ads or tracks. The series still lacks full-fledged historical mode, and it is a question of whether fans will ever see it, but hope dies last and who knows, for example, the recent acquisition of Codies by Electronic Arts will open this door. After all, the first swallow is the promised part of Breaking Point for this year, which will develop the hints from previous episodes and – hopefully – catch up story mode to something more elaborate.

The latest innovation is which of the pilots will be on the cover, which can be irritating, considering how many talented pilots regularly stand on the starting grid. In the end, according to the EA press release, it will be a trio of Lewis Hamilton, Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc, representing both the regular and multiple champion, as well as his current biggest rival, resp. great talent of the near future. We also remind you that the release is approaching – the F1 2021 will arrive on PC and both generations of PlayStation and Xbox consoles on July 16th.
