Elden Ring already has his own page on Steam. In Czech -apkrig

If the developers from FromSoftware do not encounter any unexpected problem, we can look forward to Elden Ring at the end of next January. Another soulslike title from the team that gave the name and definition to the whole genre is the most anticipated game among its fans, especially when Elden Ring was hidden behind a very strong curtain for a long time and the only thing the community could turn to was numerous speculations. After the release of the gameplay trailer, however, the nervousness subsided, and even though the Japanese studio has nothing new for us at the moment, the establishment of the pages on Steam and PlayStation Store can be considered a pretty nice reminder that the game is still being worked on and day by day. It is also interesting that the entire description on Steam is in Czech, although our language is not listed among the supported localizations.

Nevertheless, we have the opportunity to add a dictionary thanks to the official translation of some places, which have so far only been mentioned in press releases in English. So we will play as the Defiled, everything will revolve around the power of the Elden Ring, the player will become the Elden Lord and the whole story will take place in the Abroad, created by the writer GRR Martin. Otherwise, the developers indirectly inform through Steam and PS Store about issues that have been explained before, but after all we find one peculiarity among them, but about it in a moment. As for the game world, we can prepare for a large open space that will connect larger locations with tighter dungeons. In Elden Ring, we will create our own character and further develop it – for example by increasing muscle strength (sic!) or by perfecting the magical art. In addition to singleplayer, the game will also offer an online layer, within which you will be able to collaborate in a group of up to four, or experience a unique asynchronous online feature that lets you feel the presence of others. In other words, there will be PvP invasions, which is information confirmed by designer Hidetaka Miyazaki at a time of some confusion after revealing the gameplay demo attached above. However, it is important to add that the online features will only be available to PS Plus subscribers on PlayStation.

In both databases of the mentioned stores, you can add Elden Ring to the wish list, without which avid fans will definitely do without it, but one thing is a bit boring for us. On the PS Store, the table of basic requirements for starting the game states that Elden Ring supports the PlayStation VR headset and the PS VR Aim controller, which is, simply put, a pistol. If it’s not a mistake, it would be potentially huge news – although we’re not entirely sure how Aim Controller could be grafted onto the list of weapons already published or confirmed – but there’s probably nothing left but to wait patiently for the situation to be clarified. Moreover, at least for the time being, it does not seem to be given much weight to the media or fans, and the only thing we can refer to in connection with VR and the FromSoftware studio is the game Déraciné. This may also result in a possible error in the database, but we will certainly remain vigilant and bring an update when / whether Sony or the developers comment on it. Logically, there is speculation about a possible connection with the new generation of PSVR and fans also mention various jokes, which dealt with the possibility that Elden Ring could have (i) a first person camera and associated VR mode, so they may not be far from the truth…
