Sanne Keizer

Beach volleyball player Sanne Keizer (36) deliberately stopped her sports career in 2013. She wanted to settle down with her husband and had twins: Kees and Puk (5). Yet it started to itch again in 2016 and she made her comeback. Sanne will have her feet in the sand again on Tuesday 27 July at 09:00.

Stefanie van der Gragt

Soccer star Stefanie van der Gragt (28) is a defender at Ajax and plays for the Dutch national team. In November 2020, her friend Maryze gave birth to daughter Noé Linn. “Super proud and in love with you,” the Orange Lioness wrote on Instagram at the time. The women’s football will be back in action on Tuesday 27 July at 1.30 pm. They then play against China.

Marlies van Baalen

Handball player Estavana Polman also has to miss the Olympic Games, because she recently had surgery on her knee. The sportswoman lives in Denmark with former football player Rafael van der Vaart, daughter Jesslynn (4) and bonus son Damián (15).
