Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time is heading for new platforms. After last year’s debut on PS4 and Xbox One, the game from Toys for Bob will also be released on PS5, Xbox Series, Switch and PC, Activision announced. The new console will crash on March 12, and will get on Windows later in the year.

The DualSense driver gets extra care

The authors are said to have worked hard on new versions, and owners of next-gen consoles can look forward to improved graphics in 4K and 60 FPS. Recording will also be faster thanks to SSD storage. In addition, owners of existing versions can count on a free-next upgrade (excluding Japan) within a single console family, including the ability to take a saved position with them.

On top, PlayStation 5 owners can look forward to supporting the DualSense driver and its adaptive triggers. The game will also support activity cards, thanks to which you can work faster for missing trophies, for example.

The PS5 and Xbox Series versions will cost $ 60, while the Switch and PC will sell Crash for only $ 40. Details about the PC version will arrive later. Crash is celebrating his 25th birthday this year, which Activision will want to commemorate. Maybe this will be the announcement of a speculated new part.
