Can you disable motion blur in Final Fantasy XVI?
We answer the question briefly and painlessly: No, you cannot turn off the Motion Blur feature in Final Fantasy 16.
But what is motion blur and how can you still tackle motion sickness? How to tell you!
As you can already read, the term motion blur comes from the English and means something like motion blur. You will probably have seen the graphics option on many games, as some other games allow you to manually turn off the feature. As I said, but unfortunately not in FF16.
The term thus designates the feature that is responsible for the blurring of the image. While still, non-moving objects in an image remain sharp, the contours in the background blur in the same image when you move the camera.
Prevention measures against motion sickness
If you feel dizzy while playing or nauseous, you should definitely take a break so your body can calm down. There’s absolutely no point in trying to play through the nausea and endure it. This only makes it worse.
But you can try to prevent motion sickness in advance. The following 3 preventive measures you can grab and test in Final Fantasy 16:
- Many players have the camera sensitivity set (very) high and move the camera in jerky movements. Provides the camera speed so something down and works with smooth camera movements. To adjust the camera speed, you must first press the Options button and then use R2/L2 to switch to the System tab. Now use R1 to switch to the Camera tab, where you can set the sensitivity.
2. Provides in the options Graphics mode on frame rate. Open the options, navigate to the System tab and then to the Graphics tab. Now sets to frame rate in performance mode. As a result, the frame rate is higher and the picture runs a little more smoothly than in graphics mode.
3. Many players often work against the automatic camera movement. The default is the automatic camera movement activated in battle, turns them off. To turn them off, open the options again, go to the System tab, and then to the Camera tab. Now scroll down and disables the lock on target option. This will no longer automatically adjust the camera position when an enemy is outside of your viewable area.
