The newly announced medieval multiplayer action Blood of Heroes features the medieval fighting game For Honor and the strict dark Dark Souls as its primary inspiration. As you can judge for yourself in the notification trailer, it’s quite visible on it. Tough fighters will compete against each other in PvP arenas, of which only one can emerge as the winner.
The Blood of Heroes is backed by the Belarusian studio Vizor Games, which has so far had its own pranks from mobile phones and social networks, so the medieval cut is to be his debut on PC and consoles. “We wanted to create a game we would like to play ourselves: with a cruel, adrenaline-laden world inspired by the Dark Souls, with ruthless PvP battles and warriors who show no regret or fear,” Development chief Dmitry Voronov explained in a press release.
While the influence of Dark Souls is visible mainly on the environment, the combat system itself borrows mainly from For Honor. In the upcoming closed beta, you can choose from six fighters with a specific style, while, unlike the aforementioned competitive fighter, some of them really enjoy magic and do not rely so much on contact combat.

They can also be relentless, cunning, vengeful, but of course some are also typically positive and protective, “explains Voronov. All fighters have their own personality, so you can choose not only according to your combat preferences, but also according to your mood.
