While you are exploring the region of “Meglidunum” in France, you will also stumble across the sacrificial altar “Sarclitas”. As a gift, 3x European pond turtles in normal size are required, but where can you find these turtles?

You don’t have to look long and yourselves go to one of the two water holes in the north of the altar. There are more than enough pond turtles swimming around here that you can fish or hunt for this task. In the following picture we have marked the two water points again.

At these two water points not far north of the sacrificial altar you will find enough pond turtles (AC Valhalla).

Use your Odin sight at the water points, then you will be able to clearly see the outlines of the pond turtles in the water. However, the sacrificial altar specifically requires turtles of normal size, but there are also small and large specimens swimming around here. So after catching it, check your inventory to see what size the turtles are.

In order to speed up catching the turtles, you should not use the fishing rod, but draw out a bow and arrow, this is much faster. In the following video we show you this method in detail:

If your raven already has the appropriate skill, Synin will automatically pick up the turtles for you after they are shot. As soon as you have caught 3x European pond turtles (normal), you can return to the altar and perform them to earn another skill point.
