Apple website has a new design!
Apple’s website was down for a while earlier today. But now the website is back with a new design. And it’s much better.
Many people wondered what was going on with Apple’s website. This one was out for a while. Now it turns out that this was for a reason, because the website has been updated. Apple reintroduces a ‘Store’ tab. This looks suspiciously like the same tab that was on it six ago, but was removed then.

The whole thing looks clearer. The ‘new’ tab leads to a special buy section where customers can choose from the product range, including iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and Apple TV. With this you no longer have to visit every product page and find the “buy” button to see options or make a purchase.
In addition to a horizontal list of products, the store page shows the latest products, promotions, accessories and more. It’s now more like the Apple Store app, as the website MacRumors noted.

You can now navigate more conveniently and find products on the website. For example, clicking on a category such as ‘iPhone’ in the Store tab will take you directly to all available models. If you click on a model, such as the iPhone 12, you will go to the product page of that specific model. On this purchase page you can find everything: colours, storage and other options. This is really different than it was before. On the old website, you had to click on the iPhone product page, scroll down to find a specific model, and hit the “buy” button. So now it is less cumbersome.
