Android Car has a gadget that will be appreciated by a billion people

After a few years, Google has added in the new Android Auto update, among other things, a feature for users who are used to right-hand drive. And that there are not a few of them. After all, people are used to this way of driving, for example in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Malta, Australia, New Zealand, India, Japan, Thailand, South Africa and many more. It is therefore surprising that the American company decided to add such a basic adjustment only after a few years.

Google Maps for Android Auto adapts to right-hand drive

The latest version of Google Maps for Android is moving the most important information and the navigation bar closer to the driver. Users living in some of the above-mentioned (and other) countries will be able to tap the buttons and enter the destination a little easier. Google Maps will switch the user interface itself based on whether you are driving a right-hand drive or a left-hand drive vehicle. However, if the user has become accustomed to the old environment over the years, he will be able to do so change manually.
