Carsifi’s project is currently trending on Kickstarter. This project consists of a WiFi adapter that enables wireless Android Auto. Cars that do not transmit a WiFi signal themselves cannot offer wireless Android Auto. The adapter takes over this task.

The project is going fast on the crowdfunding site. Almost 250,000 euros has already been raised, while the target was only 8,000 euros. Early birds pay $89 for the adapter. That is a discount of 10 percent on the final suggested retail price of the product.
