If you want to buy a really big TV, you can hit Aldi this week. The discounter sells a 75-inch TV for 849 euros. Is that still a good offer? After all, the price has risen sharply compared to a few weeks ago.

Aldi sells Monster TV Medion Life X17575 for 849 euros

Due to the current situation, you can no longer do everything as it used to be the case. It is all the more important that you have a decent television at home that you can use to pass the time. Whether it’s streaming, watching TV or playing games, the TV has to be big enough. If 55 or 65 inches are no longer enough for you, you get it at Aldi Süd from July 29, 2021 a gigantic 75-inch television for 849 euros (look at Aldi Süd). Since the sale takes place in the online shop, Aldi-Nord customers can also access it. But what do you get at this price? A pretty well-equipped TV, in fact, as a look at the features shows:

  • 75-inch screen size
  • 4K resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels
  • HDR function
  • Image optimization through CTI, 3D comb filter and noise reduction
  • HD Triple Tuner (DVB-T2 HD, DVB-C, DVB-S2)
  • WLAN, LAN, 3x HDMI, 3x USB, VGA
  • Common Interface (CI +) slot
  • Stereo speakers with 8 watts each
  • Netflix app and media portal pre-installed
  • Energy efficiency class A (according to the old standard, now class G)
  • 3 year guarantee

That’s a lot of TV for just 849 euros. However, the TV has a small drawback. The LCD panel is not one of the brightest models on the market. But if you don’t put the Medion TV directly at the window, that shouldn’t be a problem. Compared to the offer in March, the price has also been increased by 100 euros. Last time the TV cost only 749 euros. However, everything is currently becoming more expensive because there is a shortage of chips around the world.

For whom is the purchase of the Aldi TV worthwhile?

For everyone who wants a TV that is as large as possible and still affordable. A 75-inch TV for 849 euros is priced okay. Of course, you have to make small compromises here and there. The panel is not the brightest or the best on the market. Nevertheless, you get a solid television at an attractive price, which cuts a good figure in any living room and almost allows you to feel like a cinema. There are Alternatives from Samsung or LG on offer at Amazon, but they are noticeably more expensive than the Medion TV (look at Amazon). Aldi is currently simply unbeatable in this area. Incidentally, the huge television is delivered to your home at no extra charge and there is a 3-year guarantee.
