Alcatel has introduced a pair of smartphones and smart watches for children

Although this year’s MWC 2021 mobile congress will not start until Monday, Alcatel has already introduced three innovations that will be on display at it. Alcatel 1 (2021)

The Alcatel 1 (2021) is a base-class smartphone equipped with a 5-inch display with an aspect ratio of 18: 9. Performance is ensured by the MediaTek MT6739 chipset with 1 GB of RAM. The internal memory with a size of 16 GB is expandable with microSD cards. The system is in the Android 11 Go version.

The battery has a fairly low capacity of 2000 mAh, which does not bode too long for one charge. The photos will be taken care of by a 2-megapixel selfie camera and an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash. In Europe, the novelty will be sold in black (Volcano Black) and blue (AI Aqua) for 59 euros.

Alcatel 1L Pro

The Alcatel 1L Pro has a larger 6.1-inch IPS display with HD + resolution. The performance is taken care of by the Unisoc SC9863A chipset with 2 GB of RAM. The internal memory with a size of 32 GB can also be expanded with microSD cards. The battery with a capacity of 3000 mAh is charged by standard charging with a power of 5 W.

The selfie camera uses a 5-megapixel sensor and a rear pair of sensors – a 13-megapixel primary and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. There is also a fingerprint sensor on the side of the body. The system is in the Android 11 Go version. The Alcatel 1L Pro will be sold in gray and blue in the Middle East, Latin America and Africa for 111 euros.

Alcatel Movetime Family Watch 2

Alcatel Movetime Family Watch 2 is at first glance visible to children. The design and the colorful colors of the body correspond to this. It meets the water resistance of the IP 65 certification.
