Against Returns – -apkrig

Konami has a number of legendary brands in its portfolio, which it unfortunately does not deal with in the way we would like their fans. This is true for Silent Hill, which has been on the ice for seven years, it is true for Castlevania, which, in addition to the Netflix series, only appears in reissued collections, and it is also true for Contra, which for many of us symbolizes one of the first meeting with video game entertainment.

Contra last spoke two years ago with the horrible work of Rogue Corps (as well as a collection of classic games from the turn of the 80’s and 90’s), now it intends to try again through a mobile title for iOS and Android. It is called Contra Returns and consists of the Timi studio for the joint money of Konami and the Chinese giant Tencent.

Basically, this is a remake of the very first Contry from 1987, so in the new graphics you will certainly recognize a number of iconic places and situations. The authors promise more than 200 levels and a variety of game modes, such as a pass for one life, 1v1 or 3v3.

The game should arrive on mobile platforms on July 26, but you can pre-register now to receive exclusive rewards for the game.
