Far Cry 6: Farewell Gifts – Treasure Hunt Solution (MGL-6 Location)

In Far Cry 6’s “Far Cry 6” treasure hunt, you have to get to the supply in the coconut oven and supply the water pump with electricity to put out the fire. In our walkthrough and video we show you the solution to the treasure hunt, in which you unlock the MGL-6 as a reward.

Solution for “farewell gifts” in the video (Far Cry 6)

You can start the treasure hunt “Farewell Presents” at Cocos Conuco-Ofen north of the Sombreado Gorge in the very southeast of El Este. Read the note to the left of the entrance to the factory floor to start the treasure hunt.

Supply the water pump with electricity and extinguish the fire

After reading the note you should first supply the water pump with electricity to put out the fire. In the first step, pull the two large power plugs out of the generators in the factory hall.

Then go back out and remove the trailer from the blue pickup truck. Then get behind the wheel and back up to the power generator next to the factory floor. This is automatically coupled to the trailer hitch when you are close enough.

Now drive to the other side of the stove south of the water tank to the shelter. Here again, decouple the power generator and slide it under the roof next to the power pole so that a connection is established. Now you can turn the valve on the water tank so that the fire in the coconut oven is extinguished.

Find supplies in the coconut oven and unlock MGL-6

Now step into the stove and stand in front of the almost boarded-up window. With a gun you can do that through here Shoot the padlock on the skylight. Outside you can climb up the stove by the ladder and let yourself fall through the now open hatch into the vestibule.

Grab the key to the coconut stove supply from the wall and unlock the door to the outside. Run around the building and use the key on the other door to finally get to the treasure chest.

Open the treasure chest to complete the treasure hunt. As a reward, in addition to gunpowder, you will receive the MGL-6 grant launcher, which you can equip with numerous mods.
