Fortuneo App Returns to App Store and Works Again

Back to normal for the Fortuneo app on iOS. Online banking customers have encountered several difficulties in recent days and have had to wait.

For several days, customers were unable to use the Fortuneo app on iPhone due to a crash in the loading screen. It even went further, since the online bank decided to withdraw its application from the App Store.

An alternative solution to consult your accounts was to go through the bank’s website. But it was not necessarily practical, since some operations are only available from the mobile application. This is particularly the case when it is necessary to validate a purchase made online.

The issues were with the iOS app only, everything was fine on the Android side. And now everything is fine on iOS. Indeed, Fortuneo has put its application back on the App Store by offering a patch in passing.
