Redmi K60 Pro
The Redmi K60 Pro is the flagship of the K60 series and comes with some powerful specs. For example, the device runs on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip. The fastest processor from Qualcomm and the fastest chipset that will soon be found in an Android smartphone. In addition, the phone has a large and sharp QHD + AMOLED panel with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The 5000 mAh battery can be charged with a power of 120W. If you add all this together, and combine this with the price of around 475 euros, you get a lot of value for money.
Finally, there are three cameras on the back of the phone. This is about a 50 MP main camera, an 8 MP wide-angle lens and a 2 MP depth sensor.
Redmi K60 and K60E
The cheaper brothers of the K60 Pro – the ‘regular’ K60 and the K60E – have slightly less powerful specifications. They do get the same screen though. In addition, these two devices also have very fast processors for their class. The K60 gets the Snapdragon 8+ gen 1 chip and the K60E gets the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chip.
Both smartphones can charge quickly with a power of 67W. This is slightly slower than the K60 Pro. They do have a larger battery than their brother with their 5500 mAh battery. Finally, both phones have three cameras on the back. Both have an 8 MP wide-angle lens and a 2 MP depth sensor. The main camera of the K60 is a 64 MP one, the K60E has a 48 MP main camera.
Availability
The Redmi K60 series has only been announced for the Chinese market at the moment. We expect that some devices would come to the Netherlands. The smartphones will probably carry the name POCO. One rumor monger reports Twitter in any case that for the global market the Redmi K60 Pro will be renamed POCO F5 Pro.
