Tesla launches a wireless charger capable of charging three devices at the same time
Tesla has just announced the launch of the Tesla Wireless Charging Platform, a $300 wireless charger capable of charging up to three devices at the same time with the Qi standard.
While the Cybertruck is still yet to launch, Tesla has just unveiled a new device that takes inspiration from the design of the upcoming futuristic SUV. It’s about Wireless Charging Platform, a wireless charger which can recharge not one, not two, but three devices at once. It features a aluminum housing with alcantara surface and a detachable magnetic mount that can be used for flat or angle charging.
Tesla announces that its wireless charger is capable of provide 15W of power for Qi-enabled devices such as your cell phone or headphones. It can charge up to three devices simultaneously and is designed with Freepower wireless charging technology. The latter allows you to place your device anywhere on the base, rather than having to aim for a specific point to activate the recharge.

The price of Tesla’s wireless charger will make many hesitate
The price of the device may not please everyone, since this wireless charger is sold for 300 dollars. This is almost three times more expensive than other equivalent devices which are also capable of charging three devices at once.
We will therefore have to agree to pay 200 euros more for a design inspired by the Cybertruck, but we imagine that many Tesla fans will still quickly jump on the occasion. Other accessories such as the Cyberwisle, the whistle in the image of the Cybertruck, had already quickly found themselves out of stock.
The contents of the box are quite basic. We obviously find the wireless charging platform, a USB-C cable integrated into the wireless charger, a 65W USB-C adapter and a detachable magnetic support. The latter will slightly raise the platform, and thus allow you to better see the screen of your smartphone while it is charging.
