But there are a few things to consider: The promotion only applies to payment via giropay. If you have stored the relevant payment information, you only have to process the payment at the gas station via the app with giropay and you will immediately receive a discount of 8 cents per liter. A blessing and a curse: gas stations in the big chains like Aral or Shell often don’t seem to accept payments via giropay. This is indicated by a small sample that we carried out via Pace Drive. So your choice is reduced, on the other hand smaller companies often offer the better price, especially in the current expensive phase. So you can save even more with cheap offers.

The promotion runs until December 30, 2022, but an earlier end is possible. Pace Drive informs that the campaign is valid “while stocks last”. You can take advantage of the discount via Pace Drive five times within the promotional period. The upper limit is 100 liters of petrol or diesel per tank. So if you take full advantage of the promotion, you can save a maximum of 40 euros in fuel costs.
