Trag’Oul’s Avatar takes damage by losing life. Don’t worry though, as the set has tremendous regeneration abilities, allowing you to instantly regain your lost health and, ironically, have a very good tank as a result.

Although Death Nova is the build’s eponymous skill, you don’t have to use it manually. Instead, this is triggered automatically by her suck blood provided you are holding the Iron Rose item in your right hand.
