Apple Watch Series 7 Rumors
There is no official announcement yet, but an Apple event is likely to take place in the second week of September. This event is largely dominated by the iPhone 13, but the latest Apple Watch from 2021 will also receive a place in the spotlight. 1. Better battery
The battery on the Apple Watch Series 6 is excellent – you can easily get through the day with it. The Series 7 may last even longer, because according to the Taiwanese DigiTimes Apple plans to put a smaller S7 processor in the smartwatch. This creates space for a larger battery.
2. Narrower Edges
The design of the Apple Watch Series 7 will be broadly the same as its predecessor. It does look like Apple is narrowing the edges around the screen. This reported the renowned Apple insiderin Mark Gurman earlier. Also, a new way of laminating should bring the screen closer to the glass front.
3. Ultra Wideband Technology
The new Apple Watch is also likely to have an improved Ultra Wideband chip. It is used, for example, to determine the location of the Watch at a very accurate level. In the future, the chip can be used to unlock hotel rooms and other doors.
4. Glucose meter
Every year the Apple Watch gets new health features. This year, that could be a blood sugar sensor, with which you measure the oxygen level in your blood.
The Korean ETNews reported, among other things, the arrival of a glucose meter. However, Apple insider Gurman expects the blood sugar sensor to be available only with the Apple Watch Series 8 in 2022. So just wait.
5. Swimming Features

6. New Color
The Apple Watch Series 7 case is rumored to be available in at least one new color. It would be a green shade. The color is probably the same as with the iPad Air 2020. The Series 6 is available in blue, red, space gray, silver and gold.
